01

Supplier and scope

QuietSort is developed and supplied by Solvin apps under the QuietSort brand. These terms govern your use of the app, account service, support, and the software access delivered after a Paddle purchase. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service for orders and handles returns.

02

Use of the app

You may use QuietSort to organize files on Macs you control. You are responsible for reviewing rules and target folders before running file operations.

03

Account and device access

Paid features require an active QuietSort account entitlement. You are responsible for keeping sign-in access secure. Active-device limits and leases may restrict simultaneous access, and refunded, expired, canceled, fraudulent, or chargeback-related entitlements may be disabled.

04

Pricing, payment, and tax

The Pricing page explains what the plan includes. Before you confirm a purchase, Paddle Checkout shows the exact price, billing period, supported currency, applicable taxes, and final total. Paddle processes the payment and sends the transaction receipt.

05

Subscriptions and renewal

Where checkout identifies the purchase as a subscription, it renews automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Paddle provides required renewal or price-change notices. A future cancellation prevents later renewals but does not by itself reverse an earlier charge.

06

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the link in your Paddle receipt or customer portal. Refund eligibility is described in the QuietSort Refund Policy and is also subject to Paddle policies and mandatory consumer law. Solvin apps does not ask you to send card or bank details by email.

07

Backups

QuietSort records undo history for moves, but it is not a backup service. Keep independent backups of important files.

08

Service availability

Account verification, Paddle checkout, and customer portal access depend on external services and may be temporarily unavailable.

09

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app and account backend evolve. Material changes apply prospectively and do not limit mandatory rights or change an already completed transaction contrary to applicable law.
