Who handles the purchase

QuietSort is supplied by Solvin apps. Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases, so Paddle processes the charge, receipt, cancellation request, and any approved refund.

02

General refund rule

Unless applicable law requires otherwise or Paddle approves a request, completed transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This page does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, rights for a product that is materially defective or not as described, or any greater right provided by Paddle.

03

Mandatory rights

Withdrawal and refund rights vary by country and transaction type. The current Paddle Refund Policy explains regional eligibility periods and exceptions. Where mandatory law grants stronger protection, that law controls.

04

Technical or product issues

If a material QuietSort defect prevents you from using the purchased access, contact support@solvin-apps.cc first so Solvin apps can investigate, provide a fix or workaround, and document the outcome for Paddle. This does not delay or remove any deadline imposed by law or Paddle.

05

Requesting a refund

Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit Paddle Buyer Support and select the refund option. Use the email and transaction details associated with the purchase; do not email card or bank details.

06

Cancellation is different

Canceling stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. It does not automatically refund prior charges. If a refund is approved, access associated with the refunded transaction may end when Paddle confirms it.

07

Fraud, abuse, and chargebacks

Paddle may reject refund abuse or fraudulent requests and may review chargebacks under its Buyer Terms. Contact support before opening a payment dispute when practical so the issue can be investigated promptly.
